We had an amazing time at this hotel! The cleanliness was impressive, and we loved all the hotel facilities they made available to us, from the spa to the different outdoor games. The staff was not only friendly but also very attentive to our needs, and they all spoke English fluently. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every day. Lastly, the location down the hill in the center of the village was convenient, and we had no issues finding transportation or parking.
Nothing all good.

It was a nice place to spend Easter weekend with family. The rooms we had were spacious, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains. We also liked that it had two swimming pools- one indoor and one outdoor. The location was great as it was near different outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking and climbing.
We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The food was not up to our expectations and was not fresh.

Gorgeous views and friendly staff. the breakfast offered a variety of options and there was a decent indoor pool. the location was prime for my business meetings.
The room was poorly insulated and I could hear everything from the rooms next door. the Wi-Fi connection wasn't consistent and the towels in the bathroom were scratchy.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is perfect, situated down the hill in the center of the village, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It was the ideal base for both a relaxing and active holiday. Secondly, the staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure that all guests had a pleasant stay. The service was impeccable, with the reception staff, in particular, handling even the most challenging situations with professionalism and grace. Lastly, I must mention the breakfast. The variety of dishes available was impressive, and the food itself was delicious, especially the homemade cheese pancakes that were served alongside the traditional scrambled eggs.
All was wonderful and there was nothing I could fault about my stay at this hotel.

The hotel is located in an attractive area, with a small village down the hill where you can find souvenirs and a shop. the rooms are clean, and the towels and bed sheets are fresh. the staff is helpful and polite, and the breakfast is great. There are two swimming pools, one of them with free access, while the other requires an additional fee.
The soundproofing of the rooms could be improved.
